About the film
Revolution is everywhere and the Baltic Fleet is in chaos. The Bolsheviks send a commissar to a ship where the sailors follow an anarchist leader. The commissar is a young woman.
The crew greet her with insults and worse. She answers with nerve and a revolver, and slowly wins them over, while the anarchists plot against her.
